DIAGNOSTIC TESTING
This section is dedicated to diagnostic testing. If you require a particular test that is not included in this area please contact the clinic as we have many more tests available. Please note that diagnostic tests are chemistry based and will require you to give a sample of either blood, stool or saliva (Fully qualified staff offer phlebotomy services by appointment at the Blofield clinic). The laboratories we use were established in 1986 and has helped pioneer the field of functional laboratory testing.
Functional testing evaluates the relationship between physiological systems, allowing for a thorough assessment of an individuals health.
This differs from traditional allopathic testing which is more concerned about the pathology of disease. The innovative tests available cover a wide range of areas, including digestive, immune, nutritional, endocrine, and metabolic function. Functional testing helps the clinic develop personalised interventions to assist patients in their desire for achieving optimal and lasting health. The clinic is able to provide full phlebotomy services (Phlebotomy is the practice of drawing blood) for both patients, practitioners and the NHS (GP signed blood form required), please note that a charge will be made for this service. Phlebotomy services are available between 8am and 11.30am Monday to Thursday by appointment only.
